Karen Golmer

Karen Golmer is a consultant to teams that develop technology and would like to take their innovations out into the world to make an impact. Having retired from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), she is familiar with what it takes to commercialize deep technology. Along with mentoring and advising for Cyprus Seeds, Karen is part of the US National Science Foundation faculty for Innovation Corps (I-Corps). She has more than 40 years of experience in technical corporations such as General Electric, Diversey, Ecolab and Kodak and has been involved in founding start-ups. Karen holds a B.A. in Chemistry and an MBA from Syracuse University.
